The Black Manitobans Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for the Order of Sleeping Car Porters Memorial Garden Unveiling Ceremony, a special gathering dedicated to honouring the history, legacy, and contributions of the Sleeping Car Porters.

This memorial garden will serve as a lasting tribute to the individuals whose courage, resilience, and advocacy helped advance labour rights, civil rights, and opportunities for Black Canadians.

Join us as we come together to recognize this important chapter of Canadian history and celebrate a legacy that continues to inspire future generations.
